Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Please read our cancellation & rescheduling policy below before proceeding with your booking. The terms below are legally binding and non-negotiable.

 

SECTION 1 - Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies

Due to our high demand and limited number of spaces for private and group classes, all bookings are final and strictly non-refundable. We are only able to reschedule your class pending you adhere to our rescheduling policy below:

  • Rescheduling with more than 7 days notice will incur no additional charges
  • Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice will result in 100% loss of booking unless we are able to find someone to fill your spot.

 

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Failure to arrive on time for a group class may result in 100% loss of booking.
Arriving late to a private booking may result in an unfinished project.

Failure to turn up to your class will result in 100% loss of booking with no option to reschedule.

If you are unable to make your class, you are welcome to gift your booking to a friend to take your place.

 

Covid-19 Policy

Our classes will go ahead as planned unless we are required by the government to close our studio. If we are required to close, we will be in touch to reschedule your session with as much notice as possible. 

We follow the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law and are not required to refund bookings due to Covid-19. Our usual cancellation/rescheduling policy above will be in effect. 

 

SECTION 2 - Rescheduling Process

If your booking is eligible to be rescheduled, you will be offered a series of dates and times to choose from. If none of the dates/times are suitable, you will be provided with a gift card in the form of a voucher code to be used through our website.

All gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

It is your responsibility to use the gift card within the timeframe. Expired gift cards will not be accepted as form of payment.

 

SECTION 3 - Minimum numbers

We reserve the right to reschedule a class with less than the minimum number of participants specified on each class page. Classes with less than the minimum required participants will be contacted 24-48 hours prior to the start time of the class. You will be given a few dates to reschedule your class to. If none of the new dates are suitable, section 2 will apply.

 

SECTION 4 - Discontinued Classes

We reserve the right to discontinue a class at any time. If you have previously cancelled a class that is now discontinued, you may use the credit towards a different class, or attend a private session to complete the project from the discontinued class.

 

SECTION 5 - Booking for someone else

When booking a class for someone other than yourself, it is your responsibility to make them aware of these policies.
