Frequently Asked Questions

Monday - Friday during the day, we recommend parking on Cope St, there are unrestricted spots but you may need to circle around a few times to get one. Monday - Friday from 6pm you can park right outside the venue, the parking is unrestricted from 6pm. Saturday morning we recommend parking on Cope St, or if your class is in the afternoon, you can park right outside the venue as it's unrestricted after 12:30pm. Sundays you may park outside the venue as the parking is unrestricted on Sundays.

If you are attending one of our group sewing classes, we will need you to learn on our machines as this is how we ensure the class runs smoothly. When individuals bring in their own machines, they can struggle to keep up with the rest of the class. To learn how to use your own machine, please book a private class. If you have already booked your group class, get in touch and we'll update the class for you.

All of our group classes are for adults who are over the age of 18. If you would like to book a class for your child, get in touch to discuss.

There are two options for gift cards. The first is purchasing a hard-copy with a dollar value, great for those with a little more time on hard to receive the gift card and the participant can choose what to spend it on. To purchase a hard-copy gift card, please see "Gift Card" in the main menu. The second option is gifting a class, this will come through as an e-voucher and will specify which class has been gifted. To purchase an e-voucher, head to the class page of choice and you'll find the option under the booking calendar.
