Get super creative in this jesmonite workshop
In this class, you’ll create two Jesmonite pieces of your choice while learning two different techniques.
Jesmonite is an eco-friendly alternative to resin. Originally developed for the building industry, it has become a popular crafting material thanks to its durability and the fact it contains no harmful VOCs.
You’ll start by browsing our wide selection of moulds and choosing two for your session. Options include coasters, trays (including our popular long oval shape), bowls, mini vases, candle holders, and a range of trinket dishes such as heart, clamshell and starfish designs.
The teacher will guide you through working with Jesmonite, first creating a speckled terrazzo effect. While that sets, you’ll move on to your second piece using a marbling technique.
One of the best things about Jesmonite is its quick setting time – in just 30 minutes, your pieces will be ready to demould. We’ll then lightly sand and seal them, an important step to protect against stains and ensure a smooth finish. You’ll take your pieces home on the same day!

- No previous experience required
- Ideal for individuals, couples, and groups.
- A lot of people come solo, so if you’re thinking about booking on your own, chances are you won’t be the only one. Our teachers are warm, friendly, and always make sure solo guests feel welcome and supported.
- Everyone is welcome in our inclusive space.
- Your pieces will be fully cured and ready to take home on the same day
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy. Jesmonite pigments are permanent and will stain fabric. Aprons are provided, but it’s always better to be safe!
- Our Jesmonite Workshop runs for 2 hours, if you’re driving, avoid 1P or 2P zones as we won’t be able to pause the class for you to move your car. Not sure where to park? Click here for our parking tips
