Venue
The booking is for the duration of the class only. We are unable to extend bookings on the day as it's likely we will have another booking to prepare for following yours. Any food brought along will need to be placed directly on the tables to be nibbled on throughout the session to avoid any delays.
There will be an additional fee if large items are left behind (e.g. cardboard cutouts of the groom, large cardboard boxes etc) as we will need to pay our waste collectors to dispose of these items on top of our regular pick-ups.
Staying in the venue longer than 10 minutes past your booking finish time will incur a surcharge of $100.
Payment
To secure the date, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required. The booking is not confirmed and the date is not secured until the deposit has been paid.
The balance must be paid 14 days prior to the date of the booking. Failure to pay the balance 14 days prior will result in loss of booking.
Cancellations
Due to the high demand for our classes and venue, all bookings are final and strictly non refundable.
Rescheduling
We are only able to reschedule your booking pending you adhere to our rescheduling policy below:
• Rescheduling with more than 14 days notice will incur no additional charges
• Rescheduling with less than 14 days notice will result in a $100 rescheduling fee
• Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice will result in loss of booking unless we are able to fill the time slot and cover the cost of your booking with another.
