Master Your Own Sewing Machine

Understand how to set up your machine in full during this three hour private session

Have you recently purchased a machine? Or perhaps you've had one for a while but never known how or where to begin. This class will guide you through the complete set-up of your own sewing machine, giving you a good foundation to take on further projects.

Whether it's your first sewing experience or you remember sewing a little at school, we'll guide you through every step of the way, ensuring you develop good habits from the beginning.

The beauty of learning on your own machine in this private one-on-one session is that you'll get to really understand the ins and outs of your own machine. You'll gain the confidence to use your sewing machine from the beginning, and feel ready to practice and take on small projects after the class.

Everything is included in this beginner private class to create one of the following projects:

Envelope Cushion Cover (no zip)
Simple tote bag with pocket
Zippered pouch (perfect for your sewing tools)

You'll not only learn how to use your own machine but we'll also talk you through how to understand a simple pattern, cut your fabric, guide you on which tools are best for the job, and where to buy fabrics, thread and more. Sometimes, there's even some time left over to make a scrunchie or practice installing zips!

You'll leave feeling very proud and confident to take on further projects using your machine.
