This plant pot painting hens party is a cute way to celebrate the bride-to-be while making something practical and functional. With no art experience required, everyone can get involved, whether you’re all about clean lines or chaotic colour.
Each guest will paint their own terracotta plant pot using acrylic paints, with guidance and inspo from our team. You’ll have full creative freedom to design and paint your pot, in any way you’d like.

- Our plant pot painting hens party classes are designed for adults, but we’re happy to welcome teens aged 13+ if they’re part of your guest list, for example, a younger sister or family member joining the fun.
- We welcome all genders and identities in our inclusive space, and we’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and part of the celebration.
- BYO is welcome! We provide glassware (wine glasses or flutes), and you’re welcome to bring your own drinks.
- Doors open 10 minutes before your session. If you would like earlier access than this, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Children under 13 (including babies) can’t attend, as the space is not suitable for younger guests due to the materials and equipment used.
- If you have plans after your class, you’re welcome to leave your painted pots behind to dry. Just let us know on the day and someone from your group can pop back to collect them.
- All guests attending the plant pot painting hens party must be booked as paying participants. We’re unable to allow spectators or non-participating guests in the studio.

To keep everything running smoothly, please note the following policies:
Cancellations
Due to the high demand for our classes and venue, all bookings are final and strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to the policy below:
- More than 14 days’ notice – no additional charges
- Less than 14 days’ notice – Rescheduling fee of 20% of booking value.
- Less than 7 days’ notice – booking will be forfeited unless we’re able to fill your time slot
Venue Hire
The door to your class will open 10 minutes before the start time. The venue won’t be accessible earlier than this.
Bookings run for 2 hours, and as we often have other sessions to prepare for, we kindly ask that the space is vacated no later than 5 minutes after your session ends.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on your group size and will be confirmed during the booking process.
Final Numbers & Payment Timeline
• Final numbers must be confirmed 15 days before your event.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
An invoice will be prepared for the final balance, and the deposit amount is deducted from this.

Our host and instructor Dani was super accommodating, friendly, and a very patient teacher. The venue has a perfect aesthetic for events and is very colourful. There was good communication throughout and Dani made sure to explain the process and answer any questions. Overall it was a fun experience and I would highly recommend Sydney Creative for similar experiences.

The venue is great as you can bring along some drinks and nibbles for your group to enjoy and they supply all the glassware. The venue was private for just our group and we all had such a great time.
