Guided Group Experience

Everyone sits down and starts the class together. The teacher will guide the entire group step-by-step. This structure is best for small-medium teams who want a shared experience. Typically runs for 2 hours.

Drop-In Style

We’ll run the activity over a set time slot, and participants can join in when it suits them. Perfect for office activations, wellness days, or conferences with rolling attendance.

Large-Scale Events

Designed for events with high foot traffic or rotating attendance. We’ll tailor the setup and staffing to facilitate hundreds of guests across a full day or scheduled block.

• Tables & chairs (we’ll help you plan layout)
• Access to the venue 1.5 hours before setup (earlier for large-scale events)
• Parking/loading access where possible
• A contact person on the day

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on your group size and will be confirmed during the booking process.

Final Numbers & Payment Timeline
• Final numbers must be confirmed 8 days before your event.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

An invoice will be prepared for the final balance, and the deposit amount is deducted from this.

For large-scale events, we may need to confirm final numbers earlier than this to ensure we have all materials organised for the day.
