Looking for a more relaxed, wellness-friendly way to celebrate your hens party? Our soap making hens party is the perfect creative alternative to traditional hens party activities. This class is calming, hands-on, and full of dreamy colours and scents.
You’ll be guided through the process of making your own cold process soap from scratch using skin-loving oils, mineral-rich clays, and beautiful botanicals. Each guest will blend their own scent and decorate the top of their soap with a sprinkling of dried petals, salts, herbs and more.

- Our soap making hens party is designed for adults only. For health and safety, we cannot allow anyone under the age of 18 to be in the venue for this class, this includes babies.
- We welcome all genders and identities in our inclusive space, and we’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and part of the celebration.
- For safety reasons, this soap making hens party is strictly alcohol-free. Guests must not consume alcohol before or during the session, as we’ll be working with sodium hydroxide.
- This class is perfect for morning or midday bookings, and ideal for wellness-focused, sober or simply calm celebrations.
- Due of the nature of this class, it is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.
- All guests will need to wear a long-sleeved top and have long hair tied back.
- Doors open 10 minutes before your session. If you would like earlier access than this, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- If you’d like to keep your mould, you’re welcome to purchase it on the day for $15pp. Otherwise, you can leave it with us and we’ll cut your soap the next day, someone from your group can pop in to collect them. If you plan to purchase the moulds, each person must bring one tea towel each to wrap their soap for the journey home. Please don’t bring shared towels – it’s one tea towel per mould.
- All guests attending the soap making hens party must be booked as paying participants. We’re unable to allow spectators or non-participating guests in the studio.

To keep everything running smoothly, please note the following policies:
Cancellations
Due to the high demand for our classes and venue, all bookings for our soap making hens party are final and strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to the policy below:
- More than 14 days’ notice – no additional charges
- Less than 14 days’ notice – Rescheduling fee of 20% of booking value.
- Less than 7 days’ notice – booking will be forfeited unless we’re able to fill your time slot
Venue Hire
The door to your class will open 10 minutes before the start time. The venue won’t be accessible earlier than this.
Bookings run for 2 hours, and as we often have other sessions to prepare for, we kindly ask that the space is vacated no later than 5 minutes after your session ends.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on your group size and will be confirmed during the booking process.
Final Numbers & Payment Timeline
• Final numbers must be confirmed 15 days before your event.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
An invoice will be prepared for the final balance, and the deposit amount is deducted from this.

Our host and instructor Dani was super accommodating, friendly, and a very patient teacher. The venue has a perfect aesthetic for events and is very colourful. There was good communication throughout and Dani made sure to explain the process and answer any questions. Overall it was a fun experience and I would highly recommend Sydney Creative for similar experiences.

The venue is great as you can bring along some drinks and nibbles for your group to enjoy and they supply all the glassware. The venue was private for just our group and we all had such a great time.
